Introduction:

• Suction feed board with variable speeding tapes.
• Eccentric Swing-down gripper transfer system is equipped with the conjugate cam, which ensures to transfer sheets stably, accurately and reliably.
• Side lay, front lay and holder tongue are separated from each other when running. Because front lay can be moved up and down, it can be adjusted back-and-forth and also in diagonal direction.
• The cylinder arrangement of 7 o’clock and double-size impression cylinder are good to print on the thick paper. The bearer contact between plate cylinder and blanket cylinder improves the printing quality.
• Gripper power and time of impression cylinder can be adjusted by torsion bar springs and eccentric bearings.
• Guide board is air-cushioned on feeder board.
• Split (staggered) ductor are controlled by 32 motors and adjusted in control console.
• Only 16 ink rollers make ink amount change more quickly. Diameter of rollers is bigger than before to store more ink.
• Ink system can be separated automatically so as to achieve the quick ink-water balance when printing.
• Work methods of intermediate roller can be selected according to different ink amount.
• The sheet brake is driven solely by motor with stepless speed variation. Its speed can be set according to your requirements.
• Option: the speed of form dampening rollers is variable, which can remove ink skin and dust from plate when the speed is different from that of other rollers.
